General Mechanics:
Bid starts at a certain declared amount
Increment of 300  pesos for every succeeding bid
Winner will be notified & secure payment in 2 days. Failure to pay means awarding the item to the next highest bidder.
Buyer will pay the shipment  ( Grab/ LBC)
